• Shopping activity, such as viewed products, cart items, checkout choices, gift notes, and order references.
• Optional jewelry feedback, such as a product you exclude because it is not your style, is too expensive, or is already similar to a piece you own.
• Contact details, such as email, shipping address, support messages, and marketing consent.
• Technical and campaign data, such as page URL, device signals, referral source, UTM tags, and event IDs.

How We Use Information

• Generate readings, recommend jewelry, and personalize product suggestions.
• Keep voluntary jewelry exclusions on your device and use de-identified feedback to improve the product catalog and recommendation quality.
• Process carts, checkout, order confirmation, shipping, returns, refunds, and support.
• Send opted-in email, saved reading, abandoned cart, and post-purchase messages.
• Measure site performance, fraud prevention, attribution, and ad conversion when consent and configuration allow.

AI and Payment Providers

Reading inputs may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate self-reflection copy. Card details are handled by the secure payment provider configured for checkout. ArcanaOre does not store raw card numbers.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site, such as ecommerce infrastructure, payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, CRM/email tools, and support workflows. We do not sell raw payment details.

Cookies and Ads
