Where We Ship

ArcanaOre currently supports checkout for the United States and Canada. Availability may change based on carrier coverage, customs, inventory, and fulfillment capacity.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery arrives in 6-9 business days after your order is processed.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is $10 for orders below $60. Orders of $60 or more receive free standard shipping. Duties, taxes, or customs fees may be estimated at checkout or charged by local authorities.

Address Changes

Contact support as soon as possible if you entered the wrong address. We can try to update an order before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes after the carrier receives the package.

Returns

Contact support within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging unless the issue is damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, personalized items, used jewelry, damaged-by-customer items, and gift messages or packaging upgrades may be non-returnable unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support with your order reference, email, photos, and packaging details. We will review for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by law.
